…and took a little advantage of it.

And I concluded that the world seems more interesting from a blurry perspective

Hi friend, I like your photos very much. Can you please teach me how to compose such pictures using a bridge camera?

Hello! First of all, thank you very much for your comment; I’m very glad you like my pictures. Actually these photos were taken with my iPod and then edited using Snapseed, while I had the free trial for the desktop version of this app. In my opinion, Snapseed has some interesting filters, as well as vintage and grunge effects, so you might really like it. Moreover, if you have a touch device it’s even better because you can edit directly from your device. And I can say that editing photos using the touchscreen can be really fun.

I usually edit pics for fun and to exercise my ‘artistic eye’, and sometimes simply to express how I feel in one particular moment. That’s why I don’t really have a technique, but I edit pics based on how I feel the photo should look like.

As for the software, I had a little fun with Photoshop during the trial, but then I settled to Gimp, which I found perfectly ok for personal use.
As you can see, I only use simple and most often free software for editing pictures, and the final product depends a lot on my personal taste and feeling.

PS: I also watched your photos and I think you’re doing a really good job. Keep on! 🙂
